waffle wednesday

I have fond memories of waffle Wednesdays at tufts. I believe there were other days that we ate waffles, but none nearly as anticipated as waffle Wednesday (nor did they have the same ring to it). But Israel has upped the stakes. They have taken waffle Wednesday to a whole new level. The waffle bar. Maya (the girl who not only cant sit still in a chair, but cant sit still in a country) took me to a waffle bar. I got to choose 2 types of chocolate (nutella and white chocolate, obvi) each filling holes in my waffle to make a very pretty pattern and 2 types of icecream. I panicked in making the decision and had the waitress choose for me. I was just so shocked with happiness that I couldn’t function. Maya got fruit on her waffle. I feel very strongly about not mixing fruit in the dessert. Its unhealthy on its own, lets not try to make it into something that it’s just not. We’re not fooling anyone.
Don’t worry dad, I just stared at the waffle. And took a picture. I did not eat it. And I ran home. And then did push ups
