now, in my normal life, i would totally mean 'give me cash'. dad knows this. and while this may be true still, the more pressing issue is the impending scurvy and the lack of green food. i know im in the land of beef, and apparently carbs too (who would have known argentina loves pastry, and meat wrapped in pastry, and pasta stuffed or surrounded in meat). seriously, if my body is craving it, this can be no good. in a desperate attempt to find the color green in this city, i found a restaurant and on the menu it said 'verduras a la parrilla'. which means vegetables (greens from the word verde, or so i thought) a la parilla (the grill, which is normally used to cook meat in this fine land, but why not make some room for some veggies). yes. success. the vegetables i need plus the parilla which makes it autentico. what i got was a plate of grilled potato, grilled sweet potato, grilled pumpkin, and an onion. can this city not throw me a piece of yummy chloroformy fiber?????
and as someone else said....can this city have a normal bowel movement?
